From within Central Admin

Click on Manage Service Applications

Click on the KnowledgeLake Imaging service application


 

** You receive a SharePoint error page ** 

the server tag is not well formed


To resolve this  back up the following file -

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\ADMIN\KlImagingSvc\ImagingServiceManage.aspx


Replace it with the file attached.

Preform an IIS Reset (This may incur downtime)


This is resolved in newer versions of the Imaging software.
